Jeffersontown, KY (July 22, 2020) – A multi-vehicle collision in Jefferson County resulted in injuries, according to reports. At approximately 11 p.m., on July 21, police, firefighters, and medical personnel responded to the site of a motor vehicle accident on Interstate 64.
Reports provided by authorities show that several vehicles, including a semi-truck, collided on Interstate 64 near the area of South Hurstbourne Parkway. The incident resulted in extensive delays throughout the area as crews worked to clear the site of the crash. Injuries were confirmed in this accident. An unknown number of victims were transported from the scene of the accident to local hospitals for treatment. At this time, the cause of the collision remains under investigation.
