Jeffersontown, KY (February 3, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported in the Jefferson town area resulted in injuries and severe delays throughout the area. Just after 8 p.m., on January 30, emergency crews were notified of a multi-vehicle collision on Taylorsville Road.
Reports from authorities show that a white SUV, a sedan, and a third vehicle collided on Taylorsville Road near the intersection with Patti Lane during the evening hours. The impact of the crash caused the SUV to go off the road and roll over onto its side.
At least one person involved in this accident was transported to an area hospital for the treatment of injuries. Crews remained at the scene for several hours as they worked to remove the vehicles from the roadway. The police are currently investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
