Louisville, KY (November 10, 2021) – One man has lost his life following a pedestrian accident in Louisville. At around 7:10 p.m., on November 8, emergency crews were notified that a motor vehicle collision on Interstate 265 required assistance.
Reports from local authorities show that an adult male was crossing Interstate 265 near the off-ramp at Westport Road when he was struck by a vehicle.
The man suffered severe injuries in the accident. He was rushed to the University of Louisville Hospital where he passed away from his injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and spoke with law enforcement. Police spent several hours at the scene investigating.
