Louisville, KY (November 26, 2021) – An 18-year-old man from Crestwood has lost his life following an auto accident in Louisville. At around 10 p.m., on November 21, emergency crews responded to a crash on Interstate 71.
Reports from the Louisville Metro Police Department show that the young man was driving a car on the southbound side of Interstate 71 when his vehicle became involved with an SUV near the Watterson Expressway split.
The man suffered severe injuries in the accident. He was rushed to University Hospital where he passed away early Monday morning.
