Louisville, KY (September 16, 2021) – One man was hospitalized as a result of a pedestrian accident in the Crescent Hill neighborhood on Saturday evening. Just before 8:30 p.m., on September 11, the Louisville Metro police responded to the scene of a crash on Brownsboro Road.
Reports from the LMPD show that a man was crossing the street in the area of Brownsboro Road and Hillcrest Avenue. For unknown reasons, an SUV passed through the area and struck the man. The man was thrown approximately 30-feet into the air, resulting in severe injuries.
The man was rendered aid at the scene by responding medical personnel. He was then transported to the University of Louisville Hospital where he was admitted in critical condition. At this time, the incident remains under investigation by LMPD’s Traffic Unit.
