An automobile accident reported on Monday evening in the Louisville area ended in serious injuries, according to local news sources. Emergency crews were notified that an accident took place on Taylor Boulevard.
Reports from authorities indicate that two black sedans were involved in a collision on Taylor Boulevard that blocked the intersection of Berry Boulevard during the evening hours. Both victims suffered moderate damage and came to rest in the middle of the road. Police and firefighters responded to the scene and immediately blocked off the intersection to prevent further injuries or damages.
Firefighters responded to the scene and extricated one person who was trapped inside their vehicle. Two adult victims sustained serious injuries in the accident. Both victims were transported via ambulance to nearby hospitals for further care. At this time, the Louisville Metro police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
