Louisville, KY (January 5, 2022) – One man was left hospitalized following a bicycle accident in the Louisville area on January 2nd.
According to reports provided by the Louisville Metro Police Department, a man was riding his bicycle east on Market Street at around 2:15 p.m. For unknown reasons, a passenger vehicle came up from behind him and struck the rear of his bicycle.
The bicyclist sustained critical injuries in the accident. He was transported by ambulance to the University of Louisville Hospital for emergency medical care.
