Louisville, KY – Fatal Rear-End Collision On Baxter Ave

Louisville, KY (February 21, 2020) – One person is dead following a car accident that took place on Wednesday, February 19th when the driver of a car collided with a cement mixer on Baxter Avenue at East Broadway.

Officers were dispatched to the scene of the accident at approximately 3:00 a.m. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.

The transit operator was unharmed during the incident. The crash scene was closed off for about an hour while local law enforcement attempted to determine liability for the fatal accident.
