Louisville, KY – Two Killed In Car Accident On Taylorsville Rd

Louisville, KY (June 4, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident on Sunday claimed two victims’ lives in Louisville.

At around 6:15 a.m., on May 31, the Louisville Metro Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Taylorsville Road.

Reports from the LMPD state that a female driver in a sedan crashed into another car after she ran a red light at the intersection of Taylorsville Road and Breckenridge Lane.

A man and woman in the second vehicle, both in their 20s, sustained fatal injuries and were both pronounced deceased at the scene.

The female driver in the first vehicle suffered life-threatening injuries and was transported to the University of Louisville Hospital for treatment.

At this time, the collision remains under investigation.
