Clark County, KY – Two Men Killed In Head-On Collision On KY-627

Clark County, KY (April 8, 2020) – An auto accident early Tuesday sadly claimed the lives of two men and left one other person in critical condition.

On April 7, emergency crews in Clark County were called to the scene of a devastating auto collision on Boonesborough Road. Reports indicate that a 37-year-old male was traveling a Chevrolet Tahoe north along the highway when his vehicle collided head-on with a Dodge Dakota, which was driven by a 38-year-old male.

Both drivers suffered fatal injuries in the accident and were immediately pronounced deceased at the scene.

A passenger inside the Dakota suffered serious injuries in the collision. The passenger was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Medical Center for treatment.

At this time, police are investigating the cause of the collision.
