Bowling Green, KY – Accident With Injuries On US-69 (Louisville Rd)

Bowling Green, KY (March 18, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident late Friday evening resulted in injuries, according to police.

On March 13, emergency crews were called to the scene of a collision on Louisville Road. Reports indicate that 44-year-old Hiroshi Isobe was driving recklessly along the roadway when he crashed his vehicle into a second vehicle at the intersection with Plum Springs Loop.

A passenger inside the second vehicle, who was identified as Naza Mendez, was injured in the collision and transported to The Medical Center for treatment.

A second passenger suffered minor injuries in the collision.

Isobe was arrested at the scene after it was determined that he had a blood alcohol content reading at .23%.

At this time, police are investigating.
